My primary goal was to progress to a leadership position within my current career in the military. Today after graduating with a 4.0 average, I am an Executive Officer in a high visibility military organization, using skills I learned from the MSOL program. Also, I was able to start my own consulting agency leveraging my diverse background coupled with my MSOL experience. I have improved my ability to effect changes in my current position and initiate new endeavors.
